 This is Buri-Daikon. It is a Japanese home cooking. It is easy to cook so much. In your  pot, you can put Daikon, Buri, water, soy sauce,sweet sake, dashinomoto, suger and boil them gently 15 minutes only.  My grandmother used to cook my family it. I loved the taste in my childhood. So I cooked it  but it is not something wrong... it doesn't taste good well. It is because of a lack of something. I don't know why. one certain thing is that I can not cook very well! Should I go home?

Eating Gyozas!

I went to Osakaosyo with my friends last week. Osakaosyo is Chinese restaurant. I ate 5 person of gyozas because the restaurant offers an "all-you-can-eat" of  gyoza for 500 yen each per. My friends ate almost the same amount. So, we ate about 150 gyozas!

But we seemed to get to hate gyoza.... So I do not need it for a long time!

My Soccer Club

I belong to the soccer club of the University of Shimane.
Our team is all right these days. We might be promoted to the first division because we won the game on Octover 17. We won by a score of 3 to 1 on Octover 17. We want to win everything though there are 3 games at this season.
So I will practice on the goalkeeper harder than before.
