This is Buri-Daikon. It is a Japanese home cooking. It is easy to cook so much. In your pot, you can put Daikon, Buri, water, soy sauce,sweet sake, dashinomoto, suger and boil them gently 15 minutes only. My grandmother used to cook my family it. I loved the taste in my childhood. So I cooked it but it is not something wrong... it doesn't taste good well. It is because of a lack of something. I don't know why. one certain thing is that I can not cook very well!
